The first super-powered supergroup of Marvel Comics has enjoyed a renewed popularity inside and out of the comic book community. What better way to celebrate that popularity that with a new Avengers animated series? Developed for Disney’s XD channel, the Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes cartoon looks to be an action-packed series closely based on its 60’s counterpart complete with an impressive roster of classic members and dangerous foes.
Everyone from Giant Man to the Hulk, Iron Man and Black Panther has been seen in the previews, but these mini-trailers spotlight two founding members; Thor and Captain America.
